These Terms govern your use of Pet Travel Requirements (the “Service”) at https://pettravelrequirements.com, operated by an individual residing in Israel (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or buying a timeline you agree to these Terms.
Pet Travel Requirements is a planning aid. It summarises pet import and export rules published by official government sources (for example USDA APHIS, CDC, GOV.UK, the European Commission, CFIA and MAFF) and automatically calculates suggested dates backwards from the flight date you enter. Plans are generated automatically; no veterinarian, lawyer or other human expert reviews your individual plan. The Service is fully automated: we do not provide individual advice, consultations or personal support; the only individual handling we offer is processing refunds and data-error reports sent by email. Each requirement links to its official source and shows the date we last checked it.
The Service is not veterinary advice, legal advice or an official determination. We are not a veterinarian, a lawyer, a pet-shipping agent, an airline or a government body, and we are not affiliated with any of them. You must confirm every step with your veterinarian and with the official import authority of the destination country (and, where relevant, the export authority of the origin country and your airline) before acting. If anything in the Service differs from what your vet, an official authority, an import permit or your airline tells you, their instructions prevail.
Decisions on whether a pet may enter a country, and whether quarantine or refusal applies, are made solely by border and veterinary authorities. Rules can change without notice. We do not promise that following a timeline will result in entry, avoid quarantine, or meet airline requirements.
You are responsible for entering accurate information (origin, destination, species, dates), for your pet's health and welfare, for booking appointments, and for keeping original documents. Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial pet moves unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, whose terms also apply to the transaction. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence key to view, print and download the timeline for the route purchased. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
We work to keep data accurate and dated, but it may contain errors or become outdated. If you find an error, tell us at support@pettravelrequirements.com; we will correct it and refund you as described in the Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including travel costs, quarantine or boarding fees, veterinary costs, rebooking costs or missed flights); and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the timeline concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update the Service and these Terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
[LAWYER REVIEW REQUIRED] These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of [CITY], Israel have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep any protection given by the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there. Before starting any proceedings, please contact us at support@pettravelrequirements.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
